Anthony originally from Savannah, GA relocated to Orlando in 1987 and has been happily married to Sherry for over 38 years, raising four daughters and enjoying the company of two grandsons. His professional journey is marked by significant achievements and diverse expertise.

In the sports arena, Anthony played Arena Football from 1992 to 1998, showcasing his competitive spirit and teamwork skills. Transitioning into the realm of real estate, he obtained his license as a Realtor in 1997 and subsequently became the owner and Real Estate Broker of FRE Associates, LLC in 2006. With a multifaceted approach to the industry, Anthony expanded his portfolio by acquiring a license as a Loan Originator in 2000, operating in both Florida and Georgia. In 2001, he ventured into mortgage financing by establishing his own mortgage company, facilitating the sale and financing of over 1100 homes.

Anthony’s expertise spans various aspects of real estate transactions, including short sales, luxury homes, house-flipping, and wholesaling. His proficiency extends to different types of mortgage financing, including government loans, commercial loans, and private money lending.

Building on his success and vision for comprehensive real estate services, Anthony ventured into the title industry, founding Title Houz in December 2021, where he serves as the owner and president. Through his decades of experience and dedication to excellence, Anthony has established himself as a trusted authority to customers, realtors and mortgage professional, providing unparalleled service.
